OOPS - We sold a "Blue" like...

We were surprised by a blue sable female puppy and an all blue male pup in March of 1997.

Darby, our gorgeous all black, was the mom, and a very dark sable Chimo son was the father. We were shocked. I never knew they were born with blue eyes. Ours changed to grey. We were told by many breeders to quickly have them destroyed before anyone found out we had done such an awful thing. We were told they would have tons of health problems.

I couldn't - not without giving them a chance. We sold them with a spay/neuter contract and they have great homes, great lives and are gorgeous and so far healthy.
